Kelly Services is currently recruiting for Collections Representatives! We have ongoing needs for our customers in large and small companies for your expertise! Positions are either direct hire, temporary or temp to hire and are throughout Suffolk and Middlesex Counties!You will perform tasks such as:t
Manage company business to business collection portfoliot
Process daily cash receipts, posting payments receivedt
Approve and terminate creditt
Receive incoming calls and answer questions for customerst
Present periodic reviews of major accounts to managementt
Reconcile lease funding for equipment and other accountst
Input customers into systemt
Provide support to sales, service and supply department regarding account status
Qualifications Include:t
High School Diploma or equivalentt
Two years of experience in an AR rolet
Strong interpersonal and communication skillst
Experience with MS Office including Excel
