As a Lead Superintendent, you'll have the unique opportunity to work within an integrated Architecture, Engineering, and Construction firm capable of executing ONEsolution integrated project delivery work. This diversity of professionals allows us to provide innovative & impactful solutions to the Life Sciences and Food & Bev industries in an era where speed, quality, and creativity have never been more critical. How will I contribute?You will be critical to the successful delivery of small to large scale capital construction projects in biopharmaceutical, pharmaceutical, and other advanced technology markets. You will be responsible for directly managing construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion date. Additionally, you will be responsible for directing and coordinating with internal architects and engineers, as well as client, subcontractor, and vendor interfaces. Project sizes will vary and will consist of both existing building renovations / retrofits and new construction. ResponsibilitiesDirectly manage a project’s construction activities to meet specifications, delivering the project within budgeted cost and by the scheduled completion dateManage complex to highly complex projectsCoordinate, plan, and supervise craft superintendents, contractors and/or craft activates on projectsOversee multiple discipline superintendents / scopes of work ranging from $50MM and up in direct construction work with little guidance from senior level leadership Mentor other staff
