VIP Support Desktop

Requirements:

  • Minimum 8+ years of experience needed.
Job Description: -
  • Windows 10 troubleshooting
  • Windows 10 upgrade
  • OS Install/reimage via multiple tools
  • Network Printer Troubleshooting
  • Application deployment using SCCM
  • Hardware trouble shooting (Laptop and Workstation)
  • Configuring WIFI in the customer network for user machine
  • Installing software/Application over the network
  • VIP support
  • Good customer handling skill.
  • Working on ticketing tool (ServiceNow)
  • Remote troubleshooting tool (Beyond trust Bomgar)
  • Active Directory such as Account Lockout troubleshooting, Local Admin access, adding machine to Domain
  • Troubleshoot the machine that is out of domain, adding back to domain.
