Located just north of Boston in downtown Winchester, is an award winning restaurant looking to add a part time server/ bartender to our team. Open Tuesday-Thursday 5-9, Friday-Saturday 5-10 and closed on Sundays and Mondays. We offer a fun and positive work environment with a flexible schedule. This is the ideal spot for someone looking for a second job or who prefers working nights and weekends. With 65 seats inside and an additional 30 seats on our picturesque patio. The ideal candidate must have previous restaurant experience, high-energy, motivated and thrive in a fast-paced environment. A good base of food, wine and cocktail knowledge is a plus, along with the desire to continue to learn and grow with the restaurant.
For kitchen applicants, we are looking for 1-2 people who want to learn and grow, A Tavola is a small kitchen that is open to our guests so cleanliness and organization is of the upmost importance. Prior experience is helpful, but as long as you are willing to learn and put in the effort we will train the right people.
