Banquet Cook will prepare food for events of various sizes and styles, including weddings, social celebrations, meetings, corporate events, and outside catering. They will work in a fast-paced environment and should be able to meet deadlines and work under pressure. The Banquet Cook will also maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the kitchen.
Qualifications:
Culinary degree or equivalent experience
Experience as a banquet cook or in a similar role
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
Experience with menu planning and creation
Ability to collaborate and work in a team environment
Flexibility in scheduling, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
