As a young chef many years ago, I worked in the restaurant business. Yes, it was very exciting and rewarding @ that time.
After many years working the line and reading tickets, I decided it was time for something different. I started thinking about an option that allowed me more flexibility but still allowed me to cook and play with food, an option that would allow me to make more money for myself, compared to the owner of the restaurant.
Was it going to be easy, HELL NO, but I accomplished it. Now in business for thirty-four years and I still love what I do.
My wife and I raised five great children, all completed their college education, all with very bright futures, now it's our time.
I am looking for that young ambitious / disciplined and hard-working chef that feels the same way I did years ago and wants to make a better life for themselves, here in Vermont, the beautiful Green Mountain State.
Skiing/ golfing/ hunting / fishing / biking and hiking!
