Independently owned cafe on Martha's Vineyard is hiring a general manager.
Manager is a hands on position. Will be involved in many aspects of business.
Business is year round. Must be able to manage and build and nurture a team.
Applicants Must Be:
-2 years management experience in cafe business
-Personable
-Willing to learn

-Ready to work hard, and have fun doing it

-Someone with initiative
-Someone who is consistently on time and ready to work
