Brickfire Pizza is a highly successful chef-inspired pizza restaurant. This is a customer service position where you will be the "face" of the business and have extensive interaction with customers. In addition to taking orders and running the POS System, your responsibilities will include:
Training and supervision of other cashiers
Resolving customer issues with assistance of owner when necessary, recognizing that customer satisfaction is our #1 priority
Ensuring the dining area is always clean and neat and well stocked with supplies like condiments, napkins, silverware, etc.
Quality assuring orders by checking that the contents in the packages, to be delivered or picked up, match the order slip
Qualifications:
At least 2 years of cashier experience utilizing a state-of-the-art POS system
At least 2 years of supervising staff
Excellent written and oral English language skills
Other:
Hours: 10:30 to 8:30, 5 days a week, including 1 weekend day
A CAR IS REQUIRED because Brickfire is not accessible by Public Transportation.
