We are an Italian restaurant looking for someone take the kitchen to the next level! There is a team in there right now and we had a great Chef who will be moving on and since the team needs someone with a real passion for putting out high quality food as well as to truly lead them we are looking for that person who can be the mentor they need.
Individual should be committed to top quality products and putting out amazing food. Understand labor and food costs so that ordering and scheduling is something they can do well to make sure the kitchen is profitable. Menu was just revamped and we would like someone who wants to contribute and be part of building something great - not to just come in and coast. If you want to put your stamp on something, this could be the place for you. You'll contribute to the menu as we keep improving, be in charge of specials and pricing things up, working on presentation so the food looks great and your team is consistent with what you want them to put out.
