We are an Italian Restaurant looking for new Chef who really knows their stuff and understands food quality and service but also that its a business and if we aren't running right, all the sales in the world don't matter.
The person we are looking for should have a love of the industry and want to help bring back a restaurant that has been around for a long time to its past glory we are already getting noticed as moving in the right direction since new ownership took over a year back, but the missing piece is you!
This isn't an 'Executive Chef' position - we want someone who will understand things like pricing up the menu items, how to order from various vendors, comparing their pricing, schedule based on sales, etc but also someone who will roll their sleeves up and help develop the staff and lead by example
