Classic Harbor Line is a boutique, tour boat operator is seeking a cook to join our growing business. Classic offers a unique work experience cruising Boston harbor and entertaining public guests. Our ship, Northern Lights, is a versatile space for weddings, corporate entertainment, birthdays, and sightseeing.

Duties:

- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary requirements

- Handle food safely and maintain proper hygiene practices in the kitchen

- Collaborate with the menu planning team to create diverse and nutritious meal options

- Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping, slicing, and dicing

- Monitor food quality and presentation to ensure high standards are maintained

- Clean and sanitize work areas, utensils, and equipment before and after use

Requirements:

- Previous experience working in a kitchen or culinary environment

- Proficient in food preparation techniques, including knife skills

- Knowledge of proper food handling procedures and safety regulations

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
