We are looking for a friendly and reliable Counter Person for our busy pizzeria. You will be the first person our customers meet, greeting them with a smile and helping them with their order. This is a fast-paced but fun environment, perfect for someone who loves people and great food.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Greeting & Serving: Greet customers warmly and handle orders in person and over the phone.
Point of Sale: Accurately process cash and card transactions using our POS system.
Customer Care: Answer questions about menu items and provide top-notch service.
Order Prep: Package food for takeout and delivery, ensuring orders are correct and fresh.
Cleanliness: Keep the counter area and dining room tidy and organized.
What We’re Looking For:
A positive, "can-do" attitude and a strong work ethic.
Excellent communication and multitasking skills, proficient in English for order-taking.
Ability to stand for long periods and handle the "rush".
Basic math skills for handling money.
