DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar (1989 36 yrs), a full-liquor, fine-dining restaurant with a sterling reputation was first to introduce Spanish Tapas to the Boston area and we currently need a charming EXTROVERT with the following quals to join our familial team as a HOST for 5 shifts Wed-Sun (4pm to 9 or 10pm) up to 32 hrs/wk):
o welcoming/OUTGOING social skills, mature personality, attention to details
o proficient English and Spanish (not mandatory)-speaking for interacting w/guests and confirming reservations
o experience with Open Table helpful
o high energy w/initiative; well-spoken; stylish (likes to dress up); well-groomed
o can balance fun stuff with the mundane (cleaning menus, etc.)
o willing to quickly learn the menu basics and be able to describe items to guests
o appreciation of Spain’s culture is a PLUS
After fast/furious training at $20/hr and able to solo, we offer $27/hr.
