EVENT MANAGERS:

We’re seeking highly organized and dynamic Event Managers to help bring our events to life, ensuring every detail is executed flawlessly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage all aspects of catered events
- Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown, ensuring that all aspects run smoothly and on time
- Manage kitchen staff, waitstaff, bartenders, and other vendors to ensure seamless event execution
- Maintain clear communication with clients and troubleshoot any last-minute changes in a professional, kind and calm manner
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event management, particularly in catering or hospitality

- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

WAITSTAFF AND BARTENDERS:
At BG Catering Concepts, we are dedicated to providing exceptional service and unforgettable experiences at every event. We are looking for professional and personable Event Servers, including waitstaff and bartenders, to join our team and help us create unforgettable events.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in event setup, including table settings, buffet arrangements and decor
- Serve high-quality food and beverages in a professional manner to maintain company standards and exceed client expectations
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing attentive and friendly service throughout the event and respond to requests promptly and courteously
- Mix and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks according to the event menu (only bartenders)
- Collaborate with the event manager and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow
- Follow food safety and service protocols, ensuring hygiene and cleanliness standards
- Help with post-event breakdown, including clearing, packing, and cleaning the event space
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in catering, restaurants, or a similar service role
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks at once
- Positive attitude is key! We lead with kindness and collaborate with a diverse and dynamic team
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, depending on event schedules
- Bartenders: Must be familiar with basic mixology and responsible alcohol service
- Ability to carry and lift trays, glassware, and other service items
