HIRING EXPERIENCED LINE COOK

We seek a line cook who has aspirations to grow into a Sous Chef position through working closely with our Executive Chef. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food and cooking, a great palate, and an eye for detail. This individual should possess strong leadership and communication skills, a sense of urgency (the ability to prioritize and adapt), and an ability to multi-task and troubleshoot effectively.
Qualifications:
Minimum 3 years line cooking experience. We are looking for a strong experienced line cook to fill this position. ServSafe certification is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:
Maintain the highest standards of food quality, consistency, and kitchen operations through the tenets of Organization: Cleanliness, Productivity, and Consistency
Manage day-to-day planning of station work, establishing performance and development goals with team members
Assist in ordering of products, prep schedules, and overall kitchen organization
Attention to detail and consistency in execution of plating, seasoning, and treatment of product
Learn awareness of your impact on food and labor costs
Work with Management team to meet or exceed all culinary and operational goals
Hold yourself accountable for cleanliness and organization
Collaborate with Chef to optimize kitchen efficiency
Understand compliance of health and safety regulations, kitchen cleanliness, and sanitation standards.
