Pizza department manager for pizzeria with extensive experience in a very busy environment.
Must have high volume experience in hand tossed pizza and ability to control dough inventory and keep area clean, neat and organized.
This is a full time position with overtime wanted. Must be able to work weekends.
A solid work history and reliability is a must.
