Experience with prep work (vegetables, sauces, proteins, portioning)
Strong knowledge of food safety and handling
Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistency
Reliable, organized, and able to work in a high-volume kitchen

Daily prep of ingredients
Keeping stations stocked and organized
Maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards
Supporting cooks and kitchen operations as needed
