At Corporate Chefs we have an opening for an experienced Food Service Manager for a local geography (multiple unit coverage). This position always needs to be professional and presentable. The primary responsibilities include:
Ability to run and order for a busy kitchen
Have BOH administrative skills (Ordering, Payroll, Managing expenses, Supervising employees)
Strong Corporate Catering Experience
Excels at customer service and FOH acumen
Ability to run a full HACCP kitchen
Ability to cover Front Line Positions
Ability to train hourly employees
We are looking for someone with high volume kitchen experience, fantastic customer service, and good English communication skills. You should be (Manager) Serve-Safe Certified, Allertrain Certified, and have your First Aid/CPR training up to date. It is a Monday through Friday position. This is a Full Time Position with great benefits, some holidays off (9), and an aggressive PTO policy.
