We’re looking for a reliable and hardworking Prep Cook to join our back-of-house team. This role is essential to keeping our kitchen running smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Perform basic food preparation (chopping, portioning, assembling ingredients)
Maintain cleanliness of prep and kitchen areas
Wash dishes and kitchen equipment
Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines
Support kitchen staff as needed
Requirements:
Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Strong attention to detail
Willingness to learn and follow instructions
Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but not required
