Our bustling and fiercely independent cafe is looking for a BARISTA/FRONT OF HOUSE employee to join our hard-working, fun-loving, coffee-drinking team.
Starting pay will average $22-24 per hour (including tips)
We serve Equal Exchange organic fairly traded coffee, and some simple but deliberate sandwiches, salads and soups. We're busy, especially on weekends!
Who are you?
You like to make customers happy, keep busy and thrive being part of a team.
You care about fair trade, good food and well made coffee (ok, that's not a requirement).
You are a quick learner, upbeat and all those other important job-like things (you're reliable, hard-working, respectful and nice to other humans).
You will be part of a busy team taking orders, running food, making coffee drinks, and generally doing what it takes to keep the business running!
We're open to full or part-time and work really hard to make your schedule fit with the other stuff you're up to in your life.
IMPORTANT: YOU MUST BE AVAILABLE TO WORK WEEKENDS and EARLY MORNING (not CRAZY early7am)
