The Three Cod Tavern in Marblehead is seeking an experienced, professional, and creative chef with full time availability.
For seventeen years, our restaurant has been a pillar of the community, serving fresh seafood, homemade soups, and traditional American tavern fare with a proper print or a generous mixed drink.
We are seeking a fellow foodie to join our kitchen team in preparing our well known dishes, as well as adding his or her own creative flair to the menu. The sky is the limit in our kitchen, as we are looking for permanent staff members to work in unison towards a healthy future at a well established local, small business.
Must be experienced and able to expedite, handle a busy grill and cook meats to appropriate temperatures (burgers, chicken, steak tips, turkey tips, salmon), be familiar with the oven and sautee stations, and fry if needed.
