Serenitee Restaurant Group is looking for experienced managers and supervisors in the hospitality industry who are people oriented leaders with excellent organizational and cost control skills.

We value traits such as organization, attention to detail, superb communication skills, and of course, grace under fire. Must lead by example and be an active presence in the dining room.

Managers are responsible for developing and operating a profitable restaurant, where the quality of food, service and ambience are continually challenged and improved.

Some responsibilities include the following:

Building the Business and Guest Base: taking a long term view with regard to guest satisfaction, making every decision based on what is best for the guest.

Quality of Operations: including food, service, hospitality, training and development, security, safety, cleanliness, sanitation and physical maintenance

Cost Management and Profitability: monitoring labor, forecasting labor and sales, monitoring and maintaining all cost control centers, beverage cost, etc.

Personnel: staff development/training, hiring, scheduling, performance reviews

Social Media and Local marketing in conjunction with the Marketing Director

Administrative Duties include correct and timely completion of Onboarding Paperwork for all new employees, Scheduling, Forecasting, Employee Status Change forms, Setting Training Schedules, Creating Daily Pre-Meal Agendas with weekly training focus, Assisting with Menu Development with the BOH and Bar Teams, etc.

Serenitee Restaurant Group owns and operates 8 locations throughout the North Shore: Minglewood Harborside in Gloucester, Calas in Manchester by the Sea, Hale Street Tavern in Beverly Farms, 15 Walnut in Hamilton Wenham, Opus in Salem, Maggies Farm in Middleton, The Spot in Georgetown, and TWK {The Waterfield Kitchen} in Winchester.
