Himmel Hospitality Group is seeking a motivated candidate to join our team as the Sales Administrative Assistant for private dining sales within our restaurants. This individual will be responsible for performing varied administrative activities including:
- Maintaining all Private Dining Event forms and materials
- Accurate entry of all private dining sales into appropriate programs
- Preparation of BEO for weekly restaurant meetings
- Event follow-up with clients and guests
- Assistance with quarterly competitive analysis
Qualifications:
1-3+ years of experience
High attention to detail, analytics and strong organizational skills
Proficiency in TripleSeat, OpenTable, and InDesign
Expertise in Microsoft Office 365 & suite of programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
