Job Summary:
We are seeking for a meticulous and reliable Housekeeper to join our property management team, specializing in the maintenance and cleanliness of common areas within our buildings. The ideal candidate will ensure that all shared spaces are clean, sanitary, and welcoming for residents and visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Clean and maintain common areas such as lobbies, hallways, elevators, stairwells, and restrooms.
2. Sweep, mop, vacuum, and dust all designated areas.
3. Ensure trash and recycling bins in common areas are emptied regularly.
4. Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces.
5. Restock supplies in common restrooms and other shared facilities.
6. Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the management team promptly.
7. Follow established cleaning procedures and protocols to maintain hygiene and safety standards.
8. Assist with special cleaning projects as needed, such as carpet cleaning and deep cleaning tasks.
9. Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor when interacting with residents and visitors.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Housekeeper or in a similar role.
2. Strong attention to detail and commitment to high standards of cleanliness.
3. Ability to work independently and efficiently manage time.
4. Good physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
