NOW HIRING: Key Assistant to General Manager

We’re looking for a Key Assistant to the General Manager — someone honest, hardworking, detail-oriented, physically fit and great with people. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, keeps things running smoothly, and always has their eye on the customer experience.
Your Role:
Be the right hand person of the General Manager. Keep our operation stocked, clean, organized, and running like a machine — so our customers stay happy, every day.
Responsibilities include:
Handle customer service issues: refunds, complaints, and ensuring in-store guests leave smiling
Hire, train, and supervise team members
Enforce uniforms, correct portions, clean plates, and accurate orders
Oversee prep and inventory in both juice bar and kitchen
Assign daily tasks and supervise front/back of house operations
Keep display cases fresh and organized
Manage catering and delivery logistics
Keep all areas spotless – no food or leaves left behind
Pick up produce and other stuff from market 2-3 days per week. Be able to lift up to 60lbs without issues.
Accept and stock deliveries — maintain organized, tight inventory in all stores
Perform basic maintenance: clean filters, fix blenders/ice machine, clean floor drains, condensers, etc.
Coordinate exterminator company visits at all stores
Make smart suggestions for improving systems and flow
Who You Are:

Reliable, organized, and committed to excellence
Ready to grow with a rapidly expanding brand
Must have have clean driving record.
