Help Wanted: Kitchen / Chef Manager
We are a small but busy boutique restaurant located on the Milton/Dorchester line, and we’re currently looking for a reliable, experienced Kitchen / Chef Manager to join our team, this is a 5 day a week position.
Requirements:
Previous Kitchen Management experience should only apply
Must have a solid 5-year work history and recent references
Availability early mornings and weekends (Wednesday–Sunday)
Strong communication skills and ability to multitask, run the line and the pass, expedite, etc.
Create food cost, ordering, and labor costing effectively
Knowledge of Toast Software System.
We are easily accessible via Ashmont Station, by bus or trolley.
