The Bluebird Bar in West Newton is seeking an experienced Kitchen Manager / Sous Chef.
We are a scratch kitchen featuring a Mediterranean-leaning concept; lots of Vegetables, Salads,
Dips, Skewers, etc. Our menu can be easily viewed on our website.
We have a strong team in place, but we are looking to add an experienced leader.
Schedule looks like Thurs - Mon, some day shifts, some night shifts.
Flexibility is paramount; it’s a busy kitchen, attention to all stations is needed on a daily basis,
including prep.
