Join the team at Gustazo as our Mixologist / Lead Bartender! We're looking for a passionate and creative individual to oversee and manage our craft cocktail program.
Position Details:
Full-time: Wednesday to Sunday, dinner shift
Compensation: $20/hr + tips (average $55-60/hr)
Responsibilities:
Oversee the craft cocktail program
Create innovative and delicious cocktails
Manage bar inventory and supplies
Place orders and foster vendor relations
Train and lead bar staff

Requirements:
Proven experience as a mixologist or lead bartender
Strong knowledge of craft cocktails
