Requirements:
3-5 years of French cuisine focused on Pastry/Baking/Breakfast, and Lunch experience
Self-starter with ability to produce high quality food in a volume-based environment
Versatility to help in developing menu items while also working day-to-day to produce high customer satisfaction with our food
Goal: To lead a team to produce French pastry, breakfast, and lunch for our growing clients. This includes a variety of menus with a primary focus on a full range of pastries, breakfast and lunch offerings.
Responsibilities:
Organizing and planning for future orders to ensure proper inventory levels and organized production of
Ensure proper preparation for all food services
Manage to ensure all portion sizes are in compliance with recipes and client expectations
Establish and manage pastry/breakfast, and lunch menus
Characteristics:
Contribute to a positive work culture by leading by example among primarily kitchen staff and other staff throughout the operation
Be a team player that is available and willing to help with this growing business’s success
Balance the ability to “stay in your lane” with the required Responsibilities above while also backing up fellow team members, including ownership, as directed or as needed
