We’re looking for an experienced Line Cook to join our high-volume kitchen team. Candidates should have strong sauté and grill skills, a passion for great food, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
Responsibilities:
Execute dishes on the sauté and grill stations with consistency and accuracy
Maintain prep and organization during high-volume service
Follow recipes, plating standards, and food safety procedures
Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth and timely service
Requirements:
1+ year experience on sauté and grill in a fast-paced kitchen
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to handle a busy service
