We are looking for a talented and experienced bartender who will be responsible for upholding our high standard of hospitality and who has a will to make our guests happy and feel welcomed in our neighborhood restaurant. To succeed in this role you will need to have a positive attitude and an ability to keep cool under pressure. We're team players at Local 149 and we're excited for the next addition to our crew.
Bartender Requirements:
⢠Knowledge of the menu (both Food and Beverage) and the ability to make suggestions
⢠Must have common cocktail, wine and beer knowledge
⢠Ability to memorize cocktail and batch recipes
⢠Engaging with guests in a friendly, welcoming manner
⢠Knowledge of Toast POS system (preferred)
⢠Confidence ensuring guests are enjoying their entire experience and taking action to correct problems
⢠Ability to handle money (including cash and CC payments) accurately
⢠Must be flexible to work a changing schedule of days, evenings and weekends
⢠Possess exceptional interpersonal and multi-tasking skills
⢠Must have a reliable means of transportation to and from work
