Mila’s is a day-to-night café and bar located inside Gibson Point, Revere’s premier wellness-focused residential community. Designed for modern living, Mila’s offers thoughtfully curated, health-conscious fare by day — like fresh juices, hearty grain bowls, and elevated grab-and-go bites — and transitions into a cozy bar and lounge by night with brick-oven pizzas, shareable plates, and craft cocktails.
Mila’s is the latest concept from the team behind ALDI Companies, the restaurant group known for beloved neighborhood destinations like Dryft Revere, Fine Line, VIVI’s Tapas Bar, and Dryft Wellesley. We’re looking for a dynamic daytime team member who thrives in a hybrid role—someone who enjoys being behind the espresso machine, behind the bar, and on the floor. This position is ideal for someone who loves multitasking and contributing to a team-oriented environment. Barista experience is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right person!
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience
Prepare a variety of coffee and espresso drinks to order (training provided)
Serve beer, wine, and classic cocktails during daytime bar service
Assist in food and beverage service on the floor during peak times
Deliver an engaging and hospitable guest experience throughout each shift
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café and bar areas
Assist with opening/closing duties and restocking as needed
Responsibilities:
Communicate specials, menu items, and promotions with enthusiasm and product knowledge.
Take accurate orders, ensuring guest preferences, allergies, and modifications are communicated effectively to the kitchen.
Efficiently prioritize and manage time, especially during peak hours.
Juggle multiple tables, providing attentive service to all guests.
Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the dining experience.
Handle cash transactions and process payments through the POS system accurately and efficiently.
Maintain composure under pressure, ensuring quality service during high-demand periods.
