We need highly experienced prep cook who are confident and efficient in the following areas:
Crafting flavorful, consistent soups and sauces from scratch
breaking down chicken etc.
Expert fish portioning across a wide variety of species
Immaculate vegetable prep with speed and precision
Assembling beautiful and well-balanced banquet trays
