Job description
Part Time Shifts available. Working weekend shifts are a must and sometimes holidays.
Some schedule flexibility required.
Hourly wage based on experience
Must be hardworking, responsible and dependable
Local resident or T commuter is a plus
Tasks
Perform check-in and check-out tasks
Take reservations, respond to inquiries, transfer calls, and take messages.
Help guests with directions and sometimes luggage
On occasion use toilet plunger, change light bulbs and trouble shoot maintenance issues when necessary.
Guest Services
Call taxi's
Be familiar with/explain Boston's tourist attractions and everything else it has to offer.
Be able to give directions by car and be familiar with the public transportation.
Assist guests in all requests possible.
Create a warm friendly atmosphere.
General Responsibilities
Be a team player, always helpful to guests and co-workers!
Maintain a professional attitude and be friendly, courteous, kind at all times.
Communicate effectively with other departments and managers.
Always keep front desk and lobby areas neat and clean.
Stay organized and calm while managing multiple tasks.
Take initiative to solve problems and improve operations.
Be neat in appearance.
Be helpful to guests and go the extra mile when reasonable.

Job Type: Part-time with more shifts possible
hourly: $19-21 per hour depending on experience
Schedule:
8 hour shifts
right now we have 2 weekend afternoon/evenings
Holidays sometimes

Front Desk: 1 year (Preferred)
Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)
