I'm a graduate of Johnson and Wales recently lost my mom to cancer. I'm a single mom of a 6month old and 7 year old. I have been a chef for 20 years. owning my own fine dining Italian restaurant to cooking for 163 people in nursing homes. Previously managed 6 fuddruckers and server experience for 15 years. We're homeless at the moment so I am looking for any type of work dinner parties high class catering experience. I had extensive knowledge of serving and cooking some of the best chefs in the world.
