Responsibilities
- Perform commercial cleaning tasks to uphold cleanliness standards
- Conduct facilities maintenance duties to ensure operational efficiency
- Execute industrial cleaning procedures for various areas as needed
- Provide floor care services including buffing and polishing
- Assist with custodial duties to maintain a tidy environment
- Support residential painting projects when required
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Porter or in a similar role
- Knowledge of commercial cleaning practices and techniques
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks
- Ability to perform industrial cleaning duties effectively
- Proficiency in floor care techniques such as buffing
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain cleanliness standards
