DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar introduced Spanish Tapas to Boston 35 years ago in 1989 and currently requires an EXPERIENCED, Full-Time, Day PREP COOK from 8am-4pm on Wednesday-Sunday (closed Mon-Tues).
o bilingual in English and Spanish is a must.
o can follow recipes closely w/attention to details.
o has good knife skills and knows basic cooking techniques.
o can call in and receive product orders.
o ServSafe certificate preferred but not essential.
o up to $25 after training @ $20/hr and early review depends how quickly you learn.
o has good hygiene habits and humble/positive attitude towards co-workers.
o leadership qualities are a financial PLUS to be discussed when proven.
o interest in Spanish cuisine and culture helpful but not essential.
o can start training immediately.
