Teachers' Summer Job Opportunity As the Floor Manager a critical part of your role here will be to ensure that guests have a great experience on a consistent basis. This position reports to the owners and you will be considered the person in charge of the FOH during the shift.
Specific responsibilities as the Floor Manager are as follows:
o Ensure guest satisfaction
· Address customer complaints
o Maintain overall restaurant environment (i.e., music selection, lighting, tv’s, etc) that reflects the brands as established by owners to ensure customer experience is consistent.
o Maintain professional restaurant image, including restaurant cleanliness, proper uniforms, and appearance standards.
o Ensure restaurant cleanliness and organization (interior and exterior)
o Ensure that proper security procedures are in place to protect employees, guests and company assets.
o Ensure a safe working and guest environment to reduce the risk of injury and accidents. Completes accident reports
Seasonal Floor Manager: 5/15/24 - 9/15/25
Available Thursday – Sunday, including Holidays
Location: Marshfield and Hull
Pay: $25 - $30 per hour
