The General Manager will be a hands-on leader that supervises daily back of house & front of house restaurant operations.
Responsibilities
Manage FOH & BOH
Oversee BOH labor budget and sales forecast
Menu development and cost for Food & Beverage
Keep weekly and monthly cost reports
Maintain sanitation and safety standards at FOH & BOH

Requirements:
Proven work experience as a Kitchen Manager, Restaurant Manager or Head Chef
Minimum of 3-5 years in a leadership position in a full-service restaurant
Hands-on experience with menu development including recipe creation and costing, as well as ordering and receiving
Strong familiarity with sanitation and safety regulations and procedures
Excellent organizational skills
Conflict management abilities
Ability to manage a team in a fast-paced work environment
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
