Host/Hostess
[Responsibilities]
- Lead and supervise our front-of-house team, ensuring smooth and efficient service throughout the restaurant.
- Warmly greet and seat guests, managing reservations and optimizing seating arrangements.
- Oversee daily operations, including inventory checks, ordering, and maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
- Train, motivate, and mentor front-of-house staff, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Identify opportunities to improve service and efficiency, implementing new strategies as needed.
- Build rapport with regular customers and create a welcoming atmosphere for new guests.
- Collaborate effectively with the back-of-house team and other managers.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
Qualification:
- 2+ years of hospitality management experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Reliable transportation and flexible work availability.
- Experience with food service management and inventory control.
- Proficiency with POS systems (Toast) and knowledge of social media marketing (Instagram, Facebook, Yelp).
- Choke Saver, Serve Safe, and TIPS certifications is a plus.
- Proficiency in Spanish or Korean is a plus.
- Bartending experience is a plus.
[Compensation]
- $20.00 per hour
- Paid Weekly
- Paid time off

Expected Hours:
35-45 hours per week
Shifts:
Day shift (11:00 AM - 6:00 PM) / Evening shift (6:00 PM - 12:00 AM)
Waitstaff (Server)
[Responsibilities]
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform
- Greeting, seating, and escorting guests
- Taking orders and delivering food and beverages
- Checking ID's to prevent minors from ordering alcoholic beverages
- Communicating order details to the kitchen staff
- Monitoring customer’s satisfaction frequently and anticipate needs without requiring direction
- Delivering checks and collecting bill payments
- Setting the table for the customers
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware
- Maintaining server stations for supplies
- Restocking and replenishing service supplies, condiments, and service ware
- End of the night cleaning and side work
- In addition, other duties may be required as directed by senior server on duty
Food Runner (Busser)
[Responsibilities]
- Report to work at the scheduled time, neatly groomed and in a clean uniform
- Setting the table for the customers
- Cleaning and maintaining the appearance of tables and tableware
- Delivering food/beverages to the table, as needed
- Maintaining server stations for supplies
- Restocking and replenishing service supplies, condiments, and service ware
- End of the night cleaning and side work
- In addition, other duties may be required as directed by senior server on duty
Expected Hours
- 20 to 30 hours per week
[Compensation]
- $6.75/hr + Tips
- Paid Weekly
Note
- Tips are shared among servers and bussers who worked on the same day.
- An individual's tip share rate corresponds to their experience.
- The server's tip share rate is higher than the busser's tip share rate.
- Host/Hostess do not receive tips.
