We are hiring an exceptional hands-on Sous Chef and Floor Manager for our 6 unit group. We operate a scratch kitchen and full service bar while being a staple in the neighborhood.
In search of an exceptional hands-on Front of House manager to partner with the team and control the floor and operations. This position will be responsible for all operational duties while conducting weekly inventories for ordering and assisting in full monthly inventories for cost comparisons. Must be able to lead a team of servers and bar associates while insuring service and drink standards. We are looking for that upbeat and positive personality, someone who truly has the passion for hospitality and can motive at pre-meal.
Our Sous must be able to lead from the line while being able to ensure production of all menu items from all other stations come out in a timely manner with proper plate presentations and temps. This position will need to help prepare daily specials and present them to the team. while also having an upbeat and positive personality, we want you to love your career.

Must have 2 or more years of experience in a leadership role
Must understand sanitation
Experience with ordering food, alcohol, small wares and dry goods
Must understand and have exposure to budgets to include Labor controls and Food Costs. ·
