A hands-on position for a self-motivated person experienced in food prep and service to the public. Duties include servicing customers for orders at the counter and assembling sandwiches.
Expected to service customers in a prompt and professional manner; problem-solve customer issues as needed; promote the authentic old-time pastrami, corned beef, and turkey we serve; report items needed to be replaced as necessary and maintain booth order and cleanliness.
Food handling experience is a plus but willing to train an applicant with the maturity and potential to learn the job. Must be responsible and able to work alone when necessary. Must be willing to work at least 1 day a week. Flexibility on days and hours.
