We are seeking a friendly and attentive Server to join our team! As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing exceptional guest relations, taking orders accurately, and ensuring the timely delivery of food and drinks.
Duties:
- Greet guests promptly and provide a warm welcome
- Take orders and operate a POS system
- Ensure the efficient delivery of food and drinks to guests
- Handle cash and operate a cash register accurately
- Provide guests with information on menu items and make recommendations
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area
- Manage tables effectively, ensuring a smooth service
- Handle food preparation and presentation according to our standards
- Upsell and promote special deals and menu items
- Work effectively with other members of the restaurant team

Requirements:
- Prior restaurant experience as a Server
- Excellent communication and guest relations skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of food handling and preparation procedures
- Basic math skills to handle cash transactions accurately
- Familiarity with Toast POS systems a plus
- Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- A friendly and approachable demeanor
