Job Overview:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and friendly Breakfast Server to join our team. As a server, you’ll play a vital role in providing exceptional service to our guests by delivering their meals with efficiency and a smile.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables.
Present menus, answer questions, and offer recommendations.
Take and input food and drink orders accurately.
Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously.
Monitor tables to ensure guest satisfaction and address any concerns.
Process payments and handle cash or card transactions.
Assist in maintaining a clean and organized dining area.
Collaborate with kitchen and other staff to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a server or in customer service is preferred but not required.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
A positive attitude and a strong focus on teamwork.
Availability to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
