Job Description:
General duties include but are not limited to:
- Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner - Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or inquiries
- Upsell menu items and promote specials to enhance guest experience
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate order preparation
- Process payments and handle cash transactions usingToast POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
