DALI Restaurant and Tapas Bar is a full-liquor, fine dining tapas restaurant with a sterling reputation, located at 415 Washington St., Somerville, opened in 1989 (35 yrs) as Boston’s 1st tapas restaurant and which currently needs a very special person to join our familial team.
We're looking for this complete package in an EXPERIENCED SERVICE BARTENDER:
o Friday and Saturday 3:30 'til closing (permanent commitment)
o proficient in classic cocktails/hard liquor/bubbly/wine knowledge/food service
o willing to learn drink and food menu quickly
o has initiative, attention to details, can establish rapport with regulars
o "people-magnet" with strong outgoing/charming personality (no serious/quiet types please)
o humble team player who can work seamlessly with co-workers
o your appreciation of Spain’s culture is a major plus but not essential
o preferably bi-lingual in English and Spanish but Spanish in not essential
o who can make Dale DeGroff proud!
