About the Role: As a Bottle Service Team Member, you’ll be the face of the VIVI’s VIP experience, offering exceptional service while creating a welcoming and lively environment. Your role will focus on delivering high-end bottle service with style, professionalism, and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
+Provide impeccable table-side bottle service with flair and enthusiasm.
+ Engage with guests to deliver personalized and memorable experiences.
+ Assist in setting up and breaking down bottle service areas, ensuring cleanliness and readiness.
+ Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including specialty cocktails and VIP packages.
+ Work closely with the bar and management team to ensure smooth operations.
+ Handle guest requests and concerns promptly and professionally.
+ Uphold VIVI’s brand image by adhering to appearance and conduct standards.
Qualifications:
+ Previous experience in bottle service, hospitality, or nightlife preferred.
+ Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with diverse clientele.
+ Excellent multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
+ Reliable, punctual, and able to work late nights and weekends.
+ A positive, outgoing attitude and a passion for creating great guest experiences.
