TILL, Inc. has vacancies for the position of “Behavior Management Monitor,” to provide in-home behavioral services to youths as part of a team. Part-time and full-time positions are available on a “per diem” basis.
Pay is $22-$29 per hour, depending on experience. We are looking for candidates who are able to work in one or more of the following locations: Brockton and surrounding towns; Dorchester, Roslindale, West Roxbury; Andover, Haverhill, Lawrence or Saugus.
The essential function of the job is to help families achieve success with a behavior plan developed by the Behavior Management Therapist. To do this, you will work with the child/teen to monitor successful implementation of the plan; and provide coaching support and guidance to the parent or guardian.
This position is perfect for anyone looking for part-time, flexible and meaningful work, who can work at least 8-12 hours per week, and meets the minimum qualifications described below.
Bachelor’s Degree in one of the following areas of study:
Counseling, Child Development, Guidance, Criminal Justice, Education, Health Education, Nursing, Occupational Therapy, Pastoral Counseling, Psychology, Recreational Therapy, Rehabilitation, Counseling, Social Work, Sociology, Special Education, Vocational Counseling; PLUS one year of direct experience working with youth and families who require behavior management.

Associate’s Degree PLUS a minimum of two years of direct service experience working with youth and families who require behavior management to address behavioral issues/mental health needs.
