Duties and Responsibilities:
Able to assist in areas that the Program Director/Manager sees a need for support
Assist with implementation of day-to-day operations and schedule
Participation in all aspects of the daily program (activities, meals, outings, cleanliness, and organization of site, etc.)
Assist with implementation of program flow, topics, therapeutic activities
Guest care plan implementation
Guest check-in/check-out
Provide guest ADL/IADL assistance and medication management as needed
Guest health and wellness monitoring
Ensure safety of guests and staff, emergency plans and standard operating procedures
Follow all facility standard operating procedures and applicable laws and regulations
Short notice shift substitution
Qualifications:
Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification from a state approved training program
Dementia related behavior and care experience
Knowledge of the requirements for providing supervision and care appropriate to our guests

Dedicated to delivering the highest quality care
Willingness to learn and multitask
First aid and CPR certified
Negative TB results and health screening approved by physician to work
Criminal record clearance
Valid driver’s license and good driving record
Ability to confirm to applicable laws, rules, and regulations
Completion of required certification programs and ongoing CEUs required by system
