We are looking for a motivated Front Office Dental Receptionist to join our team in Natick, MA.
Prior front desk experience in a dental office is a must.
This is a full time position in a One provider practice
Responsibilities -Check-in/Check-out Patients , Insurance Verification- Present financial options to patients for treatment
Answering and responding to phone calls and text messages to help patients with questions.
Scheduling appointments, updating the schedule when it changes and coordinating patient flow.
Verifying dental insurances and answering patients' insurance questions.
